Welcome to the home of softball cricket league in New Jersey. The
“Incorporated” organization NJSBCL, established in 2008, is a ‘Not For Profit’
corporate social entity. NJSBCL’s vision is to promote and establish, the sport
of softball cricket as a minority sport in the state of New Jersey. It also
aims to bring together the sport and its players, participants, families,
spectators, local and county officials and administrators.

nominated officials to the office of Executive Committee, which oversees the
setup, regulation and management of the league and the scheduled games for the

The Executive Committee would consist of the following groups based on
functional responsibilities.
Group A: Schedule: (Vivek, Sri and Abhy)
. Create the schedule for the entire tournament.
. Create a sustainable tournament format to use for the coming years
. Finalize travel teams/umpiring schedule
Group B: Rules (Ranjith, Mani and Mahendra)
. Publish the rule book prior to start of first round.
. Update the Umpiring Guidelines as necessary.
. Resolve any conflicts arising during the season due to interpretation of rule
book.
Group C: Dispute Resolution, Umpiring & Discipline (Amin, Vipul and Tarun)
. Resolve all disputes, co-coordinating with other groups as needed.
Group D: Record Keeping and Grounds (Sachin, Bala and Jaideep)
. Ensure teams upload and broadcast scores in timely fashion.
. Follow up with teams that do not.
. Check for availability for grounds.
. Resolve conflicts between teams for start time and ground availability.
