NJSBCL Team Registration Form – 2013

This registration form is only for NEW teams participating in the NJSBCL 2013 Tournament. If your team already participated in previous years, please login using your emailid and confirm your participation for the 2013 Tournament.

As Captain of the Team - , I confirm and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of NJSBCL, hereinafter referred to as the league, for the Main league, Platers or any other tournament organized by the league.

I understand that completing this form does not guarantee my team’s right to play in NJSBCL tournaments this season but the league EC reserves the right to allow my team to play in the league tournaments of this season.
I and my team will be responsible for participating in the league games with right sportsman spirit.
On behalf of the team, I agree to complete all umpiring duties assigned to the team as per the league regulations.
I understand that my team will not include any players that are banned from playing in NJSBCL tournaments in previous seasons without explicit written permission from the league Executive Committee (EC).
I understand that my team and I as a captain are liable for any penalties including but not limited to ban from playing in any future game of the league, imposed by the Executive Committee of the league, if found guilty of any rules violations by my team and its members as a result of an investigation conducted.
